EXPERIENCE / A WAY TO TRAVEL

Give the forest
more than one morning.

The alarm calls begin before you see anything. A guide stops to read tracks in the dust. Light reaches a clearing, and suddenly the waiting feels like part of the experience. A thoughtful safari journey gives wildlife time, rather than treating a single drive as a guaranteed encounter.

A MORE PERSONAL WAY IN

Time outdoors.
A deeper kind of attention.

WILDLIFE & SAFARIS

Choose the forest as well as the animal

Panna and Bandhavgarh can form a strong central India journey because each has enough interest to hold several days. The reward is not only another opportunity for a celebrated species; it is becoming more observant within a landscape. A naturalist’s explanation of a track or a call can change the way you experience the next hour.

For a first safari holiday, I would discuss how much time you enjoy sitting quietly, whether photography is a major interest and how you feel about early starts. The answers help us choose both the route and the rhythm.

02

WILDLIFE & SAFARIS

The day has a shape of its own

A morning outing begins early, with food and preparations arranged around the booked entry. Afterwards, a proper break allows you to rest, enjoy the lodge or review images. An afternoon outing, where included, brings another period of observation before the evening settles into dinner and preparation for the next day.

This rhythm is a large part of the holiday. It suits people who enjoy patient attention, but it can feel tiring if every midday is filled with another excursion. I would protect the quiet middle of the day as carefully as the park time.

03

WILDLIFE & SAFARIS

The right details make a different experience

A lodge should work with the booked gate and the time needed to reach it. Vehicle sharing should be clear before anyone arrives with a large camera bag. A photographic group may need a different seating arrangement from a family enjoying its first safari. These details shape the day more than a long list of luxury adjectives.

We would begin with the practical availability of the wildlife programme, then build the flights and stays around it. Your confirmed proposal should make the number of outings, park arrangements and guiding format easy to understand.

04

WILDLIFE & SAFARIS

A wider natural world

If tigers are your main interest, central India offers a clear starting point. Sri Lanka brings a different landscape and wildlife chapter, while Chitwan introduces Nepal’s southern lowlands. Each deserves its own expectations and approach, rather than borrowing the promises of another destination.

A good wildlife journey leaves room for an animal you did not know you wanted to see, a bird you learn to recognise or the pleasure of watching a place wake up. That is the kind of experience I want the planning to support.

CHOOSING WELL

Is this your kind
of journey?

The traveller I have in mind

Wildlife enthusiasts, patient photographers and travellers who want safari time to shape the journey.

What we will discuss

Core zones in many central Indian reserves close during the monsoon. Individual parks also have weekly closures, entry rules and seasonal changes. The final proposal will state the confirmed number of outings and whether vehicles are private or shared. No wildlife sighting can be guaranteed.
